Write to us through the contact form and start your message with "Grievance". Your complaint goes to the person responsible for personal data at Chalkby.
What to include
- your name and how we can reach you;
- the school's name, if the data is kept by a school that uses Chalkby;
- what happened, and what you would like us to do.
We acknowledge every complaint and reply with what we found and what we did.
Data kept by your school
Your school decides what it records about you and is the Data Fiduciary for it. Complaints about the school's own decisions are best raised with the school first; we will help the school answer when the complaint is about Chalkby.
If you are not satisfied
After you have used this grievance route, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
