Onboarding

We do the setup work. Your office keeps running while we do it.
Days 1–2
Send us your Excel sheets
Student list, fee structure and staff list, in whatever shape they are. Moving from Excel is free.
Days 3–5
We set up your school
Classes, sections, fee heads, concessions, late-fee rules and your receipt format.
Days 6–10
Training
Short online sessions for the office, the accountant and teachers, in English, Hindi or Marathi.
Days 11–14
Go live
Start with fees and attendance. Add exams, transport and the rest when you are ready.
Moving from another ERP? We import its Excel or CSV export for a one-time ₹10,000 + GST.
Pay as you use
Charges outside the plan
A few costs depend on how much you use them. We pass them on at cost and show them on your invoice.
- WhatsApp messages
- About ₹0.14 to ₹0.16 per utility message (receipts, alerts, reminders), at provider rates.
- SMS
- At provider rates, on DLT-registered templates.
- Online fee payments
- The payment gateway's fee (Razorpay's standard rate is 2% + GST). Your school absorbs it or adds it as a convenience fee.
- GPS trackers, RFID and biometric devices
- Through partners, at their price. Optional.

How is the student count worked out?
We bill on the number of enrolled students at the start of your academic session, or the plan minimum if that is higher. Students admitted later in the year are added at the same rate for the months left.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, Excel import and online training are included in every plan. Moving data out of another ERP costs ₹10,000 + GST once, only if we need to convert its export.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Click through the sample-school demo on this site now, with no signup. After a live demo, we can set up a free trial with a sample of your own data. We never ask for card details for a trial.
Do you issue a GST invoice?
Yes. Every payment to us comes with a GST invoice showing 18% GST, so your accounts stay clean.
Is there a lock-in? What if we stop?
Plans are yearly, with no long-term contract. If you decide not to renew, export all your data to Excel before your plan ends. On your request, we then delete it from our servers.
Who pays the gateway charges on parents' online payments?
Your school decides. The gateway charges a fee on online payments; you can absorb it or add it to the bill as a convenience fee. Cash, cheque and DD at the counter carry no gateway charge.
